"We have been going to Selma Park beach for the last 6 years. In fact this will be our 7th year. Chuck's cottage is the best that we have rented. It is super clean and has all that you could possibly want in a vacation home right on the beach. The view is spectacular, like being on a cruise ship. The beach is quite pebbly but when the weather is warm the water is spectacular. We have lucked out for most of our vacations there with very good weather. It's a nice walk into town if you are looking for a little exercise but if you are looking for relaxation, this is the place to be. It is very quiet and all the homeowners along the beach are very friendly." |

This is probably the best equipped place we have ever stayed at - you have thought of everything. We enjoyed walking on the beach all the way to Sechelt... it takes about 15 minutes." Life's a Beach 1 and 2 are the best equipped spots we have ever stayed in... all new appliances... free to use. We have been to 20 to 30 short term rentals over the years - by far this the best." "The Goulds were very welcoming and generous; in seven weeks total during the past two springs, we have never had to call for assistance. We've stayed in furnished rentals quite a bit during the last 5 years, but this one tops them all in terms of comfort . . . furnishing, decor, linens, and especially the kitchen equipment. Outdoors there is a new BBQ and below a convenient laundry. We've enjoyed being able to walk to Sechelt along the beach, all the other attractions of the Sunshine Coast, and did we mention the view? The wraparound windows in the living/dining area provide lots of light all day long and a terrific view of the ever-changing Georgia Strait." |
