This authentic turn of century home has been newly renovated keeping the integrity of the era. Life's a Beach One is one of the clear gems on the coast, located 100 yards off the busy highway on a dead end lane, with southwest exposure to capitalize on the view of Vancouver Island, the spectacular sunsets and the cruise ships sailing by. The large sundeck is within 10 feet of the tide line.

Your waterfront gem includes over 1100 square feet of seaside living, with a separate media room equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Life's a Beach One has two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 4. The kitchen features 5 major appliances and the cottage is equipped with full laundry facilities, too. Life's a Beach Two is located one hundred yards off the busy highway on a dead end lane, with southwest exposure surrounded by arbutus trees. The southwest exposure capitalizes on the view of Vancouver Island, spectacular sunsets and the cruise ships sailing by. You are 25 steps down to the terrace wall to the beach lawn furniture (approximately 60 feet) and the ocean.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are an open California style to provide each room with a maximum view. Many of our visitors with large families and guests enjoy Life's a Beach Two. There is a sitting room veranda with a spanning ocean view and a back elevated sundeck with direct access from the house also with an ocean view. Life's a Beach Two comes with satellite TV, DVD and CD player and full laundry facilities.
